SHIPPING INFORMATION

When we receive your online order, you will receive a confirmation email. In-stock items will be shipped to you within 1-3 business days from the time of your order. Pre-ordered or back ordered items will be sent in the time frame as indicated via the website/email notices. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

We ship to anywhere in the USA & Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time. Sunna Inc. is not responsible for replacements or refunds of missing packages.

Free Standard shipping for retail orders over $100. Standard shipping for orders under $100 = $15.00
